Do I have to use Spoonflower?
Nope! They do offer a good discount for brands but my files can be used at your select printing company.
How long does the design process take?
Color and scale changes of existing designs can typically be done within 24 hours. Custom designs can take 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity and your requested revisions. We can discuss timelines so I can give you the best estimate.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
I have the best chance of matching colors if you have hex codes that you can provide. Do keep in mind that colors can vary between monitors and devices as well as the printing process. If you are set on a specific color, it’s best to give yourself time to order swatches of the design to see how it prints. Adjustments can be made if needed.
What if I need the same design in different scales for different products?
That’s what I’m here for! We can make one design look as amazing on tiny collars as it does on pet beds.
Do you offer exclusive designs only for my brand?
Absolutely! We can discuss that and the fees for that service which depend on a variety of factors. I promise we can work on pricing that feels fair and accessible for your level of business.
